General Conference
April General Conference for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be held soon. It can be found at LDS.org, on BYU TV....
Responding to the Spirit of Elijah as understood through the restored gospel of Jesus Christ - is why I have persued my interest in genealogy and family history. This is an expression of love. 1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us. And so we love each other also, because he first loved us. We are turning our hearts to our ancestors and providing service to them with thanksgiving for the service they rendered to us. It all works out.
I invite you to find out more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Find out for yourself where that calling in your heart came from that draws you to want to know more about your heritage. It is not your imagination. There is a really good reason that you have a resonance with your ancestors and a sympathy for helping to have their stories shared. They were real people who had families and loving relationships, who looked forward to their posterity with hopes and dreams. They still are real people, 'just that some of them aren't in physical bodies right now. I know that the resurrection is real. That will be a great day! We will have a grand reunion with our loved ones in Christian fellowship, praising and adoring at the mercy seat of Jesus Christ, our saviour!
Tune in to LDS General Conference. Listen to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir! Sing along! Ask your Mormon friends - won't they be surprised! Ask them what they know about Jesus Christ and tell them you want to know more. You will be glad you did. It will change your life for the better :-D
